I think I've always loved art, though I didn't start painting until I was in college. It started with my lion obsession (which included a life-sized replica of an African lion on my sister's bedroom wall). It ended when I graduated and began a real career.

It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I began to explore the world of painting once again, at a monthly paint n' sip class in good old Pasadena, California.
From there, I began to experiment with different textures and mediums and discovered that I love mixing them all, creating "out-of-the-box paintings that are all my own.
Each one is different, and they never, I repeat NEVER, turn out the way I envision them in my head when I begin.
